Burton upon Stather Village Hall hosts a number of public and private events throughout the year and consequently booking well in advance is advised. There are a number of groups who hire the Hall on a weekly basis, serving all ages. For further information please visit our website.
The Hall features two main public rooms, a fully fitted kitchen, a stage which is fully equipped with lighting and sound facilities, and backstage area.
The main hall is a large and light space with a capacity of up to 150. It has a beautiful oak wood floor which is ideal for dancing and sporting activities.
The second room is known as the Wedgwood room and is ideal as a meeting room or for smaller functions. The Wedgwood room can be accessed by both the foyer and via double doors from the main hall.
The backstage area has been refurbished and has two toilets and changing rooms.
The modern kitchen includes a fridge, freezer and a large range cooker. There are enough crockery sets to serve 100 people.
To the rear of the Hall is a lawned garden area which can be used for summer events. There is adequate space for a marquee if required.
